Case study
Mendel: +$25,000 MRR generated
We connected the GTM OS: email and LinkedIn.
We support Mendel's outreach in Mexico and Argentina, integrated it with their CRM (HubSpot), and automated their inbound lead-to-revenue funnel.
Results
+$25,000 MRR
generated
+300
meetings booked (PedidosYa, El Puerto de Liverpool, General Motors, Despegar)
The project
Mendel didn't come to us empty-handed. They had paid media running, they had BDRs prospecting by hand, and they were coming off another outbound agency that wasn't working for them. What they were missing was something else: an acquisition channel that was predictable and constant, that didn't depend on team turnover, and that could bring in the kind of lead Google Ads and Meta Ads can't qualify.
We built an outbound stack across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, integrated with their HubSpot so every lead lands where their commercial team already works. And we built them a copywriting AI agent of their own — not a generic prompt, but an agent that writes in their voice, about their product, against their objections.
We have been running that channel for more than a year and a half. Beyond the revenue and the meetings, what changed is the dependency: Mendel no longer has to hire and pull BDRs off to prospect manually. They still do their own commercial work — they are a large company — but the lead engine runs alongside it, with recurring volume, a team operating it and iteration cycles on what works.
System layers involved
The GTM OS runs three motions. These are the ones this project used:
Outbound
Outbound: end-to-end email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach with AI personalization, run by us and reviewed by you. Live in 3-4 weeks.
AI Agents
AI Agents: custom agents and automations, one at a time, each in production before the next one starts.
