What we plug in

201 workflows built. 65 running right now.

These are not demos. They are the automations holding up our own operation and our clients’, every day. These are the ones that come up most.

01

pipeline-canonico

Unified pipeline

Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp feed one pipeline and flow out to whatever you use: HubSpot, FreshSales, Google Sheets, Notion, Clay or Slack.

You do not keep the pipeline in three places that never agree.

25 CRM and reporting workflows live, one per integration

02

corte-cruzado

Cross-channel cutoff

If a lead replies to your email, it stops their LinkedIn sequence. And the other way around. It matches by email and, failing that, by profile URL.

You do not keep chasing someone on one channel after they already answered on another.

Bidirectional and solved on both sides, not just one

03

resolucion-de-contexto

Context resolution

It decides which client, campaign and sender each conversation belongs to, with a heuristic fallback and a distinct alert for every way it can fail.

You do not find out three weeks later that a batch of conversations was filed under the wrong client.

Moving data between two APIs is easy. Knowing whose conversation it is, is not

04

reply-manager

Replies with AI drafts

Unified inbox for email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. The AI drafts the reply, a human validates and sends.

You do not check dozens of mailboxes or lose a hot reply.

Human in the loop: the AI never sends on its own

05

higiene-de-crm

CRM hygiene

An agent captures information from all your tools, updates each lead’s status, leaves notes and nurtures.

You do not spend hours a week keeping the CRM current by hand.

+25% close rate in the operation where it was measured

06

monitoreo

Monitoring and alerts

It checks every 4 hours and acts on its own: a mailbox with reputation under 96% is throttled to one send a day immediately, with a notice.

You do not learn about an infrastructure problem once nobody is replying any more.

It acts first and notifies after, not the other way around

07

meetings-downstream

Meetings that process themselves

The meeting is transcribed and routed by type: a workshop becomes a document, a discovery becomes a proposal, and both produce content ideas.

You do not transcribe, summarize or build the proposal from scratch.

A three-case switch, each with its own output

08

agentes-custom

Whatever your operation needs

Bulk enrichment, intent signal capture, automated reporting, or whatever surfaces in the discovery.

You do not hire someone for work an agent does better and without tiring.

+30,000 contacts enriched and 5+ hours a day in the Visma case

How it works

One automation at a time, in production before the next.

It is the opposite of a big project that delivers in six months. Here every piece has to be running before we start the one after it.

  1. 00

    Discovery

We map your sales operation and where the time actually goes. Free, and with no commitment to continue.

Free→ The map of your operation
  2. 01

    Roadmap

The opportunities ranked by impact and effort, with what each one returns. You pick where to start.

    Free→ The prioritized backlog
  3. 02

    Design

The chosen automation is fully specified before anything is written: trigger, steps, integrations and what it does when something fails.

    n8n · Claude→ The specification
  4. 03

    Build

It is built against your real tools, on your credentials, not against a sandbox.

    n8n · Supabase→ The automation, working
  5. 04

    Production

It ships with its monitoring and its alerts. The first one is running in 2 to 3 weeks.

    Slack · monitoring→ In production
  6. 05

    Maintenance

What is delivered is maintained inside the fee. The backlog stays alive and new pieces are added as your operation changes.

Included in the fee→ And the next one starts

Pricing

Monthly fee, not per project.

A fee means a resource is continuously assigned and you only decide which automation to tackle. Per project, every new request is a new negotiation and what was delivered ends up orphaned.

AI Agents

$1,850/mo

Sales operations where the team spends hours a week on work a machine does better.

  • Discovery and roadmap at no cost
  • One automation at a time, in production before the next
  • The first one running in 2 to 3 weeks
  • Maintenance of everything delivered, inside the fee
  • A living backlog: new pieces as your operation changes
  • No minimum contract

No minimum contract: if you do not find value in the first month, you stop. Licenses and LLM usage are paid by you on your own accounts, so what gets built keeps running on your infrastructure, not ours.

❓ Questions

What people ask before starting.

How long does the first automation take?

Two to three weeks from the moment you pick one. The discovery and roadmap that come first are free and commit you to nothing: if the map we hand back does not convince you, that is where it ends.

Why a monthly fee and not per project?

Because per project, every new request is a new negotiation, and what was delivered has no owner the day it ends. With a fee there is a continuously assigned resource, maintenance of everything delivered is included, and you only decide what to tackle next.

What if it does not work for me?

There is no minimum contract. If you do not find value in the first month, you stop. And since everything runs on your accounts and your credentials, what was built stays with you.

Do the automations run on your servers or mine?

On your accounts. Licenses and LLM usage are paid by you, with your own keys. It is cheaper long term and, more importantly, it means what gets built does not depend on us still working together.

What kind of things do you automate?

Whatever surfaces in the discovery, but the most common are: unifying a multi-channel pipeline into your CRM, keeping data hygiene, capturing intent signals, enriching contacts at volume, processing meetings and building reporting. The eight on this page are the most requested, not the full list.

Does this replace someone on my team?

That is not the useful way to think about it. What it replaces is the part of the work nobody wants and that a person does worse than a machine: copying data between tools, updating statuses, building reports. In the Visma case that was five hours a day given back to the team.

How do I know it keeps working?

Every automation ships with its monitoring and its alerts, and that part matters more than the automation itself: the hard part is not making something work, it is finding out the day it stops. Our workflows have a distinct alert for every way they can fail, not a generic one.

Do you have anything running or is it all custom?

Both. There are 201 workflows built and 65 active right now holding up our operation and our clients’, so a good part of what you need already exists and gets adapted. What does not exist gets built, and that is the part that takes the two or three weeks.

This is why we work with enterprise and VC-backed companies.
