  1. 01

    Client context

Everything we know about the client, in one database.

  2. 02

    Strategy and sources

Which leads, through which channel, with what angle and when.

  3. 03

    GTM workflows orchestrated in Clay

Clay orchestrates; the agents write and review every campaign.

  4. 04

    Multichannel outreach and LinkedIn positioning

Three channels, on our own infrastructure and positioning.

  5. 05

    Replies and meetings

AI drafts, a person sends, the meeting gets booked.

  6. 06

    Operational efficiency

Every status change and every metric, with no manual work.

  7. 07

    Constant communication

The client sees everything and approves what goes out.

  8. 08

The tour, step by step

What the map shows, in eight steps.

  1. 01

    Client context

Workshops, the client's website, deep research with Perplexity and every ongoing input feed the Clients Context Master DB: ICP, value proposition, cases, tone and objections. The strategy, the copy and the replies all come from there.

  2. 02

    Strategy and sources

We define sources, channels, angle and timing. The initial list comes from the Leads & Companies Master DB, live signals, web scrapers and external databases such as Apollo, Clay, AI Ark and Apify. Everything is checked against a Do Not Contact List that is updated all the time.

  3. 03

    GTM workflows orchestrated in Clay

Clay orchestrates the whole flow. The ZM Copywriter Agent writes every message from scratch, personalized and relevant, at scale. The ZM Reviewer Agent checks the campaign before it goes out, and the client approves the copy.

  4. 04

    Multichannel outreach and LinkedIn positioning

Email on our own infrastructure, watched by the infrastructure monitor. WhatsApp on a tool of our own, built 100% for this. LinkedIn from positioned accounts: the ZM Content Platform publishes valuable content and the ZM Engage Machine adds real likes from the ZM pool. More acceptance, more replies, more conversion.

  5. 05

    Replies and meetings

Every reply lands in the ZM Reply Manager with a draft the AI writes from the full context. A person reviews it and sends it: fast, personalized replies aimed at booking the meeting.

  6. 06

    Operational efficiency

n8n and Railway move every status change and every metric from the three channels into the pipeline and metrics database, trigger follow-ups by status and post every new reply to Slack. No manual ops work.

  7. 07

    Constant communication

The client sees metrics, pipeline and strategy in the ZM Client Portal, and we stay in constant touch on Slack or Google Chat. The day after each meeting, an agent asks the client to validate it.

  8. 08

    Continuous improvement

The ZM Analyzer Agent measures what worked by campaign, channel, segment and copy, and feeds the learnings back into the strategy. Every campaign goes out better than the last one.

This is why we work with enterprise and VC-backed companies.
