Who handles your data

ZalesMachine is the controller of the personal data collected through zalesmachine.com. For any question about this policy, or to exercise your rights, write to nfrancese@zalesmachine.com. We answer within ten business days.

What we collect and why

Newsletter subscription: your email address. We use it only to send you the editions and to know which ones you already received, so we do not send the same one twice. We do not share it or sell it to third parties.

Resource downloads: your email address, and for some resources your company name. We use it to send you the material and, if you accepted, to add you to the newsletter.

Booking a call: booking happens on Calendly, outside this site. Whatever you enter there is governed by Calendly’s privacy policy, and we receive the name, the email and anything you wrote in the meeting form.

Browsing: we use analytics to understand which pages get read and where people arrive from. This is aggregate data; it is not used to identify you individually or to build an advertising profile.

Which providers process it

Subscriber data is stored in Supabase, our database provider. Email is sent with Resend. The site is hosted on Railway. Call booking runs on Calendly. Each of these providers processes the data on our behalf under their own terms of service, and none of them use it for their own advertising purposes.

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum record needed to avoid contacting you again by mistake, and delete the rest. If you ask for full deletion, we do it and confirm in writing.

How to unsubscribe or request deletion

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works in one click, with no login. You can also write to nfrancese@zalesmachine.com asking to unsubscribe or to delete your data entirely, and we process it with no conditions.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to request its deletion. In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for personal data protection.

Prospecting data

As part of our service we run B2B prospecting campaigns on behalf of our clients. In that context we process professional contact data (name, job title, company and work email) obtained from public sources or from data providers. If you received a message from us or from one of our clients and you want us to stop contacting you, reply asking for it or write to nfrancese@zalesmachine.com: we remove you from the database and record the suppression so you are not contacted in future campaigns.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date above. Changes that materially affect subscribers are also announced by email.
