What we plug in

Eight pieces already running.

We did not build them for you: we built them because a client needed them and nothing did the job. They are listed in the order you will see them work.

01

domains-health

Sending infrastructure

We buy and configure domains and mailboxes, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and score their health every day.

You do not buy domains, fight DNS records, or find out a domain burned when nobody replies any more.

+1,000 domains and 2,500 mailboxes monitored today

02

data + enrichment

Lists and enrichment

We build the list against your ICP and enrich it with Apollo, Findymail and BounceBan, cross-checked against our own database.

You do not pay for six data subscriptions or discover your bounce rate after sending.

1.4M leads and 970K companies accumulated over three years

03

copywriter-platform

One-to-one copy

It resolves every block of the message lead by lead against your library and your dimensions: persona, company type, country, industry.

You do not write 400 variants by hand or send the same email to a CFO and a Head of Growth.

A lead matching 2+ dimensions gets only specific content

04

copies-review

Approval before sending

You see a real sample of the copy with the name and company resolved, and you approve it or correct it.

You do not learn how your brand sounded after 3,000 emails went out.

No campaign ships without your explicit approval

05

whatsapp-platform

Multichannel sending

Email through Smartlead, LinkedIn through HeyReach and WhatsApp on Meta’s official API, with per-number pacing and cross-channel suppression.

You do not coordinate three tools by hand or message the same person on three channels the same day.

Meta’s official API, never unofficial libraries: numbers that survive

06

reply-manager

Replies

Unified inbox for email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. The AI drafts, a human validates and sends.

You do not check 60 mailboxes or lose a hot reply in an inbox nobody opens.

Human in the loop: the AI never sends on its own

07

clients-portal

Pipeline and reporting

Live pipeline and dashboard from day one, with per-campaign metrics and a month-end review.

You do not build a spreadsheet or wait until Monday to know how the week is going.

Pipeline in your CRM from day 1, not on month three

08

analyzer

Campaign analysis

It cross-reads campaigns and tells you which role, which country and which exact wording booked the meeting.

You do not guess why it worked: you know, and the next campaign starts from there.

Decisions on your own data, not on a benchmark from a blog post

How it works

Nine stages, from workshop to booked meeting.

This is the real process, not a version for the website. Every stage has its module and its deliverable.

  1. 00

    Workshop

Structured call: ICP, value proposition, pains, cases, competitors and brand voice. A deep research run on your domain happens in parallel.

n8n · Perplexity · Claude→ Workshop and research documents, complete
  2. 01

    Context

We load your dimensions (persona, company type, country, industry) and your library: value props, pains, cases and voice, tagged by dimension.

copywriter-platform→ Your context, structured and reusable
  3. 02

    Infrastructure

Domains and mailboxes bought and configured. Google or private SMTP depending on how enterprise your recipient is. Warm-up before the first send.

    domains-health→ Infrastructure ready and warm
  4. 03

    Campaign

Companies, people and enrichment against your ICP, with email verification before anything is loaded.

Clay · Apollo · Findymail→ The list, verified
  5. 04

    Copy

The agent resolves every block lead by lead against your library. Every message comes out different because the context is different.

    copywriter-platform→ The sequences, written
  6. 05

    Approval

We send you a real sample. You correct it or approve it. Until you approve, nothing ships.

    copies-review→ Your sign-off
  7. 06

    Launch

Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in a single flow, with pacing and suppression so nobody gets three messages the same day.

    Smartlead · HeyReach · whatsapp-platform→ Campaign running
  8. 07

Everything lands in a unified inbox. The AI drafts, a human validates and sends. Qualified replies go to your calendar.

🚫 What we don't do

We know that outbound is very saturated, which is why we don't run campaigns like these:

❌ Spray and Pray
❌ Salesy Messages
❌ AI Slop

Our copy sounds human because humans write the structure. AI only adapts each message to the lead. It never invents your copy.

Hey {first_name}, how are you? Saw your team is hiring 3 SDRs.

Working with B2B SaaS companies, we know how important it is to generate new opportunities predictably and consistently, while keeping CAC in check.

With VC-backed startups like Mendel and Tapi, we generate +30 new opportunities per month, improving the cost per SQL vs other acquisition channels.

Do you think there's room to explore this at {company_name}?

Allbound

Your outbound performs better when those prospects have already read you.

Before accepting you, the prospect checks your profile. What they find there changes acceptance rate, reply rate and meetings. We measured it with a single variable changed.

2.4Γ—

more meetings per rep, with the same ICP and the same 1,600 invitations.

Layer 01

Outbound

You message 1,600 prospects from your ICP

Distribution

Every accepted connection adds a feed impression. The network grows with prospects, not with random followers.

The first thing a prospect does is check the profile. With content they see judgment; without it, spam.

How it was measured

Same company, same 4 reps, same ICP, same 1,600 invitations. Single variable: turning layer 02 on.

The finding

If the effect were only funnel math, meetings would rise 1.72Γ—. They rose 2.4Γ—. The rest is conversation quality: the prospect already knows who you are when they reply.

Three ways to have outbound

Hiring someone vs. having the system

The same outbound, reached three different ways. What changes is who operates it and what it costs you to find out whether it works.

Market calibration

Which market you sell into changes the whole plan.

It is the first question of onboarding, not the last. These numbers come from operating both markets, not from a benchmark.

Five times the infrastructure for fewer meetings. That is the difference between selling in LATAM and selling in the United States, and it is why a plan copied from someone else’s case does not work.

❓ Questions

What people ask before starting.

How long until it is running?

Three to four weeks to the first send. Most of that is infrastructure warm-up: domains and mailboxes are bought and configured in days, but sending volume from a fresh mailbox is the fastest way to land in spam. You get the pipeline and the dashboard from day one, even before anything has gone out.

Will you use my main domain?

No. Cold outbound never goes out from your main domain: we buy dedicated secondary domains, each with its own SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and score their health every day. If your main domain burns, the whole company loses email, not just the campaign.

What do you need from me?

A workshop call up front, where we pull out the ICP, value proposition, pains, cases and brand voice. After that, approving the copy before each launch and taking the meetings. Day-to-day operation asks nothing of you.

What if the copy does not sound like my brand?

You see it before it ships. We send a real sample, with the name and company of actual leads already resolved, and you correct it or approve it. No campaign goes out without your explicit sign-off. Corrections go back into the library, so the fix applies to every campaign after that, not only to that one.

How do you avoid messaging someone who is already a customer or in a deal?

Your current customers, open opportunities and anything else you want excluded are loaded as a suppression list and cross-checked before every upload. Suppression also runs across channels: nobody gets an email, a LinkedIn invite and a WhatsApp message on the same day.

Do LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts get banned?

WhatsApp runs on Meta’s official API, never on unofficial libraries, and that is what makes a number last months instead of weeks. LinkedIn runs with per-profile limits and pacing. We use each channel at the volume it holds, not the volume we would like.

Why not do it myself with Claude Code and some GitHub skills?

You can, and for testing the channel it is fine. The difference shows up on month six: a skill published by a stranger gives you the process once, not the infrastructure that sustains it, not three years of campaign data, and not the person who reviews replies on a Tuesday at nine. What we sell is not the process, which is published in full on this page. It is the modules that run it every day.

Can I move it to my own team later?

Yes, and it is one of the two ways to work with us. The same modules run on your credentials inside your company for $200 a month, and you pay for your own tools. Plenty of people start with us operating and take it in-house once they have someone to put on it.

This is why we work with enterprise and VC-backed companies.
