What had to be solved
A loyalty program is a vitamin, not a painkiller: the owner of a coffee chain knows they need one, but it is never urgent. Loyalz sells to businesses with 5 to 25 locations, where the owner decides, not a committee. We had to find the urgency: losing regulars without knowing who they are.
Who we looked for
- Owners and founders of coffee and restaurant chains
- General managers of businesses with 5 to 25 locations
- Marketing heads at high-frequency retail
- Sales directors at ice cream shops, bakeries and beauty salons
How we opened the conversation
- We opened with the customer who comes in three times a week and whose name they do not even have.
- We showed the card in Apple and Google Wallet: no app to download, no hardware at the counter.
- We prioritized company-owned chains, not franchises, where one person can say yes.
- Market:
- Argentina + Mexico
- Period:
- Feb to Jul 2026
