What had to be solved
Eryx sells computer vision to industrial plants, a buyer that is not shopping for custom software and does not think it needs any. Manual inspection is accepted as part of the cost, and automating it sounds like expensive hardware and a long project. We had to reach the person who feels the bottleneck every shift, not the IT department.
Who we looked for
- Plant, production and operations managers
- Owners and directors of industrial companies
- Quality and process improvement leads
- Safety, hygiene and maintenance heads
How we opened the conversation
- We opened with the manual step that cannot keep up with the line: inspection, counting, control.
- We prioritized companies hiring quality, operations or process managers: a bottleneck signal.
- We adapted the angle by vertical: defects in automotive, traceability in food, unplanned downtime in mining.
- Based in:
- Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Market:
- Argentina + Chile + Colombia
- Period:
- Since Aug 2026
